Not Every Town Qualifies The Same Way
Most of the towns we serve are on National Grid and qualify for NYS Clean Heat. A handful of towns run their own municipal electric utility instead, Sherrill, Hamilton, Ilion, and Frankfort, and don’t qualify for NYS Clean Heat, though EmPower+ and HEAR still apply there. Morrisville is served by NYSEG rather than National Grid but still qualifies for NYS Clean Heat under its own utility program. Visit your town’s page for the exact breakdown for your address.
